“Dr. Salem Bauones has received his medical degree in 2005 from King Abdulaziz University (Saudi Arabia), and accomplished his residency program in Diagnostic Radiology in 2014 at Aix-Marseille University. He also obtained the European Board in Radiology in 2014. Then, he achieved clinical fellowship certificates in Diagnostic and Interventional Musculoskeletal Radiology in 2015 from Montreal University (Canada) and in Non-Vascular Interventional Radiology in 2017 from Strasbourg University (France). He currently is sub-specialty consultant and the director of the radiology residency training program at King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
Dr. Bauones achieved several diplomas in the clinical application of MRI, MSK ultrasound, MSK imaging and imaging of sport pathologies. He is interested in researches in musculoskeletal and interventional radiology fields and he is a member of the French society of musculoskeletal imaging, the cardiovascular and interventional radiology society of Europe, the Saudi spine society, the Mediterranean group of spine intervention, and the European society of skeletal radiology. Dr Salem participates in teaching charges at radiology residency and fellowship training programs in Saudi Arabia.”
