Devrim Akinci is Professor of Radiology at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine in Ankara, Turkiye. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his ‘Vascular and Interventional Radiology’ fellowship at University of Texas Medical Branch, USA in 2002. He became an Associate Professor in 2006 and he has been working as a Professor since 2012 at Hacettepe University. He specializes in image guided procedures including biopsy, drainage, tumor ablation, hepatobiliary, urinary and gastrointestinal tract interventions.
