Ebraheem Aljediea is an interventional radiology technologist with more than 18 years of experience. graduated 1999 from King Saud University (bachelor degree in radiology science), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 2011 he earned his master degree in healthcare administration at the Phoenix University, Arizona, United States of America.
Dr. Aljediea participated in several activities in Saudi Arabia and in Gulf region related to interventional radiology technology with more than 20 invited lectures and 8 IR courses (3-10 days each) in Gulf area. He is the founder of Independent Interventional radiology team (IIRT) which is involuntary team consists of unparalleled experienced technologists and nurses to provide training in interventional radiology since 2011. Dr. Aljediea published two articles in radiology management and IR technical experience.
Currently Dr. Aljediea is working for Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare as a senior interventional radiology technologist. His field experience is interventional radiology technical assistance in end stage renal diseases (surveillance and prophylactic intervention), vascular intervention, and non-vascular procedures. His vision is that IR radiology technologists are multitask professionals who can participate and motivate radiology technologists to achieve radiology technologists’ knowledge sharing and training autonomy.
Dr. Aljediea is interested in ESRD intervention technology, especially arteriovenous graft declotting and prolonging the graft durability , venous system puncturing devices and access, and below knee vascular interventional procedures.
