Jon Bell is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist at the Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester, UK. After graduating with honours from the University of St Andrews and the University of Manchester, he trained in surgery and clinical radiology. Dr. Bell completed higher sub-specialty training in Manchester before completing the European Board of Interventional Radiology. Working at the largest comprehensive cancer centre in Europe, his practice is now focused on interventional oncology.
Dr Bell is involved in medical education as an Associate Training Programme Director at the North West School of Radiology and he is an elected member of the Faculty Board of the Royal College of Radiologists. He is a member of the Safety and Quality Committee of the British Society of Interventional Radiology and he is a member of the European Society of Radiology Subcommittee on Professional Issues and Economics in Radiology.
