Khalil Wasfi Zahra, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Imaging Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Prior joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Zahra served as a Neurointerventional Surgery Consultant at North Jersey Brain and Spine, Mecklenburg Radiology Associates in New Jersey, US, as well as an Assistant Professor of Radiology, Neurology and Neurosurgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Maryland, US.

Dr. Zahra received his medical training at Stanford University Medical Center and, while attending the University of Maryland, he was considered one of the best young neuro-interventional surgeons where he performed more than 2,000 angiograms and one of the earliest Pipeline flow diversion surgeries in the state of Maryland.

Dr. Zahra received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Jordan School of Medicine where he graduated with honors and was ranked 2nd in his class.
