Prof. Guven is a full-time member of Acibadem University and is the chief of interventional radiology unit in Acibadem Maslak Hospital, Istanbul, Turkey. His clinical interest areas are oncologic interventional treatments (including Y-90, TACE, RFA, MWA), post-transplant (liver and kidney)IR treatments, TIPS, hepatobiliary interventions (PTC, biliary stenting, portal vein embolization), endovascular aortic stenting, peripheral arterial and venous vascular interventions, vascular malformation treatments.

Dr. Guven was the board member of Turkish Interventional Radiology Society between 2011-2013. He is the author and co-author in more than 40 international manuscripts and books. He graduated from Hacettepe University in 1999, and was a resident, fellow and academic in Istanbul University for 15 years.
