Dr. Lotfi Hacein Bey received his MD in Algiers Institute for Algiers Institute for Med. Sciences, Algiers, Algeria and a Resident of Psychiatry from 1981-1982 at the Ste-Anne Hospital & University of Paris V, Paris France.
His professional experience includes Research Fellow in Radiology, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA from 1987-1989. He was Clinical Fellow in Radiology, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA from 1989-1991. He was Assistant in Radiology, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA from 1991 to 1992.
In 1994-1997, he became Assistant Professor of Radiology, Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, New York, NY. He was a Clinical Fellow in Radiology.
In 1998-2000, he was Associate Professor of Radiology, Director, Diagnostic & Interventional Neuroradiology Division, University of Vermont Medical Center / Fletcher Allen Health Care, Burlington, VT.
In 2007 to Present, he is a National Institutes of Health Study Section Reviewer (NIH ZRG1 F10).
