Dr. Michael Piorkowski is specialist in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Angiology.

After starting his residency in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, his interests moved form cardiac to vascular medicine. He started his interventional training in the Park Hospital and Heart Center in Leipzig in Germany in 2010. He was trained most techniques of treating chronic arterial and venous occlusions. Additional he gained experience in treating aneurysmatic aortic and iliac diseases. Since 2014 he moved to Frankfurt. With specialists in diabetolgy and surgery he is running a limb salvage center with more than 1500 patients a year.
