Niveen graduated from Fatima Colleague of Health Sciences in affiliation with Griffith University in Austria. Has a Bachelor Degree in Nursing.. The Initial experience was in critical care areas ER, ICU and CCU. She worked as a Nurse Manager in Medical Units and Coronary Care Unit in 2012.

In 2008 Worked with the taskforce team to open the Cath lab in Al-Ain Hospital and start many interventional radiology procedures.
Was officially assigned and worked as a Nurse Manger for both Tawam and Al-Ain Hospital Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology department for four years from 2013 to 2016. Currently she is working as Nurse Manager for Interventional Radiology and Interventional Cardiology Services for Al-Ain Hospital including CCU, Cath Lab.
She has participated as a speaker in many international events and conferences.
